Fact 1.   Filing and printing your email messages can be done through Windows Live Hotmail folders.  You can file your messages by category.  You may file your message in a new folder named "FAA" for safekeeping.  Then if you need you can create other folders.
Fact 2.  After you create a FAA folder you can transfer messages to it.  You can also transfer mail from your inbox, then select messages in any folder to transfer them to a different folder.
Fact 3.  Gmail displays replies to messages differently from other email programs and Webmail providers.  In Gmail the reply messages are appended to the bottom of the original message.

Fact 1.  The definition of specific questions when talking about searching the web is a question that you can phrase easily and one for which you will recognize the answer when you find it.
Fact 2.  The definition of exploratory question is an open-ended question that can be harder to phrase; it also is difficult to determine when you find a good answer.
Fact 3.  The answer to the questions at each level should lead to more information about the topic in which you are interested in.

Tutorial 2 facts

1.  As I was reading through tutorial 2 I notice something I never have heard of before, Opera Mail.  It is a popular emailing program that is a built in email agent.  Opera's email messaging is unique because it stores messages in a single database so that messages are easy to search for and retrieve.
2.  Another area that caught my attention was computer viruses.  Some people send emails that can contain viruses without even knowing it.  Other users can send viruses on purpose.  If you receive a email from a person and it has a attachment that don't recognize avoid opening it.
3.  Ip address is also a very important thing to know about.  It is also called a domain name which is used to identify the Web site or email address that you need.
