1.  As I was reading through tutorial 2 I notice something I never have heard of before, Opera Mail.  It is a popular emailing program that is a built in email agent.  Opera's email messaging is unique because it stores messages in a single database so that messages are easy to search for and retrieve.
2.  Another area that caught my attention was computer viruses.  Some people send emails that can contain viruses without even knowing it.  Other users can send viruses on purpose.  If you receive a email from a person and it has a attachment that don't recognize avoid opening it.
3.  Ip address is also a very important thing to know about.  It is also called a domain name which is used to identify the Web site or email address that you need.

Three Facts About This Chapter

Rian M. Burson

I have been reading this chapter and have learned that a Web(World Wide Web) is subset of computers on the internet that use software to make things easier and more accessible to each other.  I kind of new that but not in that particular terminology.  A LAN stands for Local Area Network which is when there are computers near each other usually in the same building that are connected to each other.  When we use our computer for internet connection it becomes a part of the Web & every computer becomes a Web client.
